Q: How is the success fee calculated?
A: The success fee is tied to the salary of the role you're hiring for. Our tiered model (7%–10%) aligns the cost with the position’s seniority and complexity — so you’re only paying for what you need.
Q: What is your replacement guarantee?
A: If the hired candidate leaves or is terminated:

Within 30 days: We’ll replace the candidate at no additional cost, including waiving the posting fee.

Within 31–90 days: We’ll replace the candidate and charge only 50% of the original posting fee. The success fee is not charged again.
This gives you peace of mind while keeping us accountable for the quality of every placement.
Q: When do I pay?

Q: What if no one is hired?
A: You keep full access to the candidate pipeline and insights from the search. We’ll also review and, if appropriate, re-engage at no extra cost — depending on scope and timeline.
